CONTEST (“CONTEST”) IS SPONSORED BY EQUITON PARTNERS INC. (“SPONSOR”) AND ADMINISTERED BY EQUITON PARTNERS INC.  (“ADMINISTRATOR”). CONTEST BEGINS ON FEBRUARY 4, 2024 AT 6:00 PM EST AND ENDS ON FEBRUARY 19, 2024 AT 11:59 PM EST. (“CONTEST PERIOD”). WINNER WILL BE DRAWN AND NOTIFIED ON FEBRUARY 20, 2024 VIA WECHAT.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Each person in Equiton’s WeChat Friends List at the end of the Contest Period will be given ONE contest entry.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator/Sponsor. Void where prohibited by law.

Contest is open to legal residents of CANADA, excluding Québec, and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees or contractors of the Administrator/Sponsor and immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter.

Administrator/Sponsor reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any contest entrant who supplies untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.

ONE winner will be chosen at random. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. The winner will be contacted via WeChat and will have 72 hours to respond. If no response is received within 72 hours, another winner will be chosen. Winning entry will be verified. The Administrator/Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failures of contest prize.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason. Images included in the giveaway post may not depict the exact prize and are for illustrative purposes only.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platforms on which the Contest may have been promoted and/or publicized, including but not limited to WeChat, Facebook and/or LinkedIn. Any personal information provided in connection with the Contest is being provided to the Sponsor and not to the social media platform. Any questions or comments regarding a Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to any of the social media platforms on which the Contest may have been advertised or administered.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Terms & Conditions and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including but not limited to the Contest entry form, or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail, govern and control.

Residents of Canada are required to enter a skill-testing question correctly in order to claim their prize.

Administrator/Sponsor reserves the right to publish winner’s first name and last initial.
